As a seller, your Feedback rating is your life support system on any auction site. When a buyer is interested in making a purchase, most refer to a Sellers feedback to review their history. If you are new to our site, or have yet to establish a solid feedback history, you can import your Feedback Levels from other auction sites, to give you that added selling advantage. Its fast, free, and should be one of your top priorities. To import your feedback from eBid and/or ebay just click on the 'Import Feedback' link under Seller Tools in the members area, and follow the instructions at the top of the page.

Buying on eStamp Auctions is FREE, easy and straightforward. The first and most important step is to register, You can register by clicking HERE and when complete you can log in to the members area, place bids, buy lots using the Buy it Now feature which permits instant purchase.
When the auction has finished or an item has been bought using the Buy it Now feature the buyer and seller should contact each other as soon as possible to arrange payment and shipping. In the interests of security and to prevent any dispute we recommend using eStamp Auctions Message Board feature.
If you have any questions about a lot you are interested in and require to ask the seller a question you should use the “Ask Seller a Question” feature which you will find on the auction page below the auction images section.

You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a category for your item, you can choose a more specific category or you can even list in two categories in the next step. The remainder if the process is quite straightforward. You will be guided through the steps which include writing a brief description, uploading a picture, selecting the duration for your auction, choosing a starting price, entering shipping and postage details and selecting payment options.
For users who list a large number of items we provide a Bulk Listing tool. To obtain this tool you should log in to your account. On the left-hand menu you will find the heading Bulk Application. Clicking on "Details" link will take you to the user instructions page, the download link is at the top right of this page.

There are two methods of attatching pictures for your auctions. You can upload a picture to our site where it is stored on our server or you can have the picture on another web site and link to it.
Uploading a picture to eStamp Auctions Site
At listing stage 4 'Settings' you set the starting price, duration and attach your picture to your auction. In the images section click the 'Browse' button to find the correct picture on your computer. When the picture has been found, click the picture to select it and click 'Open' to close the selection box. To the right of the 'Browse' button you will see the 'Upload File' button this button must be clicked this will transfer a copy of the picture from your computer to eStamp Auctions web site for use with the auction. You may upload up to 4 pictures for each auction.
Linking to a picture on Another Web Site
This can be used to link to a picture you may have stored on a picture hosting service or some users have pictures stored on the free webspace provided by many ISP's. in this case you will need to enter the appropriate URL in the 'Enter File URL' box. Your file url should look something like this: http://www.my_free_web_space.com/pictures_folder/auction_picture.gif
